Same container setting but different output

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have two containers with the same setting, padding 40px, and class name post-meta-container but don't know why they have different output. I use the Incognito browser to view them already.

You should find both containers use the reusable container, so the CSS setting must be the same. What reason do they have different outputs?
