Russian text is not bold like English

Hello. I have a problem with some elements of the site. The fact is that menu items and titles written in Russian are not bold. And written in English are bold. Here's an example screenshot - https://yadi.sk/i/Z5VLWA-klYL_EA

No, I did nothing. Still part of text is bold another isn't. I checked it on desktop, mobile, with incognito mode, but font is still the same.
Could you send screenshot from your device? I don't understand how it's possible that it's ok on your device

the issue maybe that Bree Serif does not support Cyrillic text. Try switching to a font that does and see if it works:
