Running PHP version: 5.3.3

Hi - I am running WP 5.0.3 on a server with PHP 5.3.3. Is there any change to get access to the GP Site Library?
They say it is not supported for PHP <5.4

Hi there,

the Site Library requires the higher PHP version, preferably 7.x.
Are you not able to update your PHP version on the local install?

Sorry - no influence over when this server is updated.
It is a large WP server for the entire organisation.
Any chance to get the templates as zip?

That being said, PHP 5.3 is no longer stable and is vulnerable to hackers. I highly recommend you get it updated or move to a more secure hosting environment.
