Dear Support
can we run a loop of custom post types using Generate Blocks.
Similar to Ele Custom Skins.
I want to have custom posts on a page of a specific category.

Do you want to add custom post type posts to a static page?
If so, GB doesn't have this feature yet, we are still developing and trying to get it release before the end of this month.
For now, you might be able to use WP query loop block.
