Have you checked with your hosting company to make sure everything is ok with your server? 504 errors suggest there might be something wrong. July 30, 2018 at 10:00 pm #636638 Ravi Yes, I already contact my hosting company, they suggest me to contact where I purchased this theme. July 31, 2018 at 8:49 am #637069 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Was there a particular reason they think it’s the theme? Might give us a hint as to where to look. 504 gateway errors are typically server related. Who are you hosted with? August 1, 2018 at 4:38 am #637644 Ravi Well this blog hosted by siteground.com I don’t know, why they think its a theme problem. August 1, 2018 at 9:28 am #637975 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Unfortunately that’s a go-to for a lot of hosting support teams. GeneratePress itself doesn’t do anything to the RSS feed. Have you tried with all of your plugins deactivated? August 1, 2018 at 9:38 am #637990 Ravi if you are asking about 504 error, then Yes, I deactivate all the plugin one by one but the issue still remain . . . May you suggest where I should approach for resolve rss feed..?? August 1, 2018 at 4:34 pm #638202 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Did deactivating all of your plugins not make any changes to the RSS feed? Unfortunately I don’t have enough to go on to know exactly what’s happening. When it comes to the theme and the RSS feed, everything is working as it should. For example, here’s a default GP install: https://tomusborne.com/dev And here’s the feed: https://tomusborne.com/dev/feed/ You might want to try a different support agent at Siteground.
