Right sidebar widget jumps out of container on scroll

Hi, this was working ok. It's a TOC plugin, and originally I had problems giving it the right CSS class to stay fixed in the right sidebar. Now though for some reason, when scrolling it jumps out of the site container.
Any ideas what's happening, I've tried the usual things, deactivating plugins etc. I tried moving the widget to the left side see if it was something in the right sidebar code. Still does the same.

you will need to check with the ToC Plugin author, its using Javascript to calculate its position on scroll... and somethings not right there.
Ok, thank you David. Unfortunately you have to pay for support with the plugin for 6 months. I think I have fixed it now myself.
