revert from 1.7.7 to 1.7.3 to match another site

I would like to get page headers back. How to I change a new site to the earlier version. frustrated trying to get a header working. My http://www.marymagdalenepilgrimages.com has the look I am trying to achieve. The download does not give me an option and my old link does not work.

Page Headers were replaced in 1.7 for the Elements module:
