Reusing reusable blocks (Relay)

Hey
I have some blocks which I want to use throughout a site, so each page can use it in different ways.
I thought If I exported the JSON file, rename it, and the title inside it - I could import it and then have the block imported and make tweaks as I need.
But it seems to see the original file.
Am I doing something wrong, or is what I am doing a backward way of the outcome?!

did you change the json filename before reimporting it ?

I did the first time but when it didn't work, realized there was also a reference to the title inside the file, so I changed both and re-uploaded with a completely different name, but the same thing happened.
I only saved the json with a different name, imported it and then edited it. And it works for me.

It does work for me as well! Think it must have been a browser / Wordpress thing because it I need to go out of the elements page and back in before it shows the import.
