Reusable content blocks

Is there a recommended way to create a reusable block that I can add via a hook?
I'm not using Guittenburg, but do have elementor.
I need to add a lot of formatted content to the bottom of news posts?

Hi there,
Hook Elements support shortcodes - so you can save an Elementor Pro template and use the provided shortcode.
Not using Elemntor Pro, so used https://wordpress.org/plugins/reusable-content-blocks/ (I should have guessed it really). Working well thank you.
