Responsive video

Hello,
I want to insert a video en the very home first page, before entering in the page with links, etc.
In this moment, I´m not sure how to do it, with a blank template from generatepress or with html code with nothing more....
The video has to be responsive. If necesary, I could create 2 times de video, one for big screen one for mobil. I use also generateblocks pro, with them it´s easy to hide some blocks.
In summary, I need your opinion/help please.
And if you could recomend me some video edition online tools, easy to use where I could insert logos and animation for the logo (to zoom it in/out). Or better with overlays?

Typically we can try using a background video for this but it wouldn't be responsive:

I wouldn't recommend adding the video twice as it's not very good for performance.
