[Support request] Request: Updated LSI (Lightweight Social Icons)

Hey Tom,

I was wondering if you have some spare time lately to possibly code a more enhanced version of LSI.

Basically looking for the background: transparent; feature here because all current LSI code is !important and I am unable to override it.

Hi there,

LSI definitely needs some love but it’s not in the priority list unfortunately.

Your best bet is to try another social icon plugin that might work better for your need.

Tom used Social Icons Widget by WPZOOM here that might be worth trying:

Also it is still possible to overwrite !important, you just have to be more specific in your selector.
