Reposition: Logo and Menu

Hello GP !

I'm now into my fourth day with GP and I am begeistert, as they say in German ... thrilled !
My site is simple, clean and neat, but with some first-class content. At least I think so.

Question:

How can I reposition the logo - currently just two words as a placeholder -
so that it is flush right on the outside of the left side of the container?

In other words: the letter "e" in the term "culture" is up against the left
hand side of the container.

And the same for the Menu at the top right. It should be flush left on the
outside of the container's right border
