[Resolved] Replace Menu items with hamburger menu toggle and merge it to page header

I can only seem to have the hamburger menu right next to the traditional navigation bar (after the menu items on the right side of screen). I’d like for it to just be the hamburger and 0 nav links.

once the toggle is clicked yes I want the links to show. However when not clicked, I’d like my site title {Angela Rose} to be on the left and only the hamburger toggle on the right side. Right now, the mnavigation links are shown inline, I rather them not be visible until the user clicks the toggle. Sorry if I’m not too clear! THanks!
