Replace Beaver themer header with GP GB Element Block

I have a header on this site built with Beaver Themer that I want to replace with GP and GB. I'm unsure if the element Beaver Themer says is the header, is the actual header or is there another hook I should use to replace this with GP and GB.
The thing that has me a little confused is the menus I think are hooked in using the functions.php in the theme and do not seem to be part of the header.

i am not sure you require a Block Element unless you intend on having different backgrounds for that header.
You could do this:
1. Enable the Backgrounds Module in Appearance > GeneratePress.
2. In Customizer > Layout > Backgrounds - add the Background image to the Site Header.
3. Add your Logo in Customizer > Site Identity.
4. Adjust the padding of the Cutomizer > Layout > Header
5. For the the navigations - you could use the Primary Navigation with a location of Above Header - and a Secondary Navigation set to Below Header.
