Hi there,
I just renewed my license for GPP. I missed a few updates and and new features, is there a way to know if some of my custom css is redundant now since I can make the changes with the customizer?

Not really a way for us to tell unfortunately.
You can try checking the changelog to see the new features/updates since your last version:
