[Resolved] renewal discount not refecting

HI,

Bought GP premium last year during Halloween sale at around 39 USD (price was 49% approx. for a year), however that time offer was 40% something renewal discount during renewal which i am not getting now ??

Its showing pro rata basis discount (which was not a part of offer during purchase) which is around 209 USD (which is not 40% of actual amount)??

how to fix this if want to go for life time license ???

Hi there,

the 40% discount only applies to annual renewals.
If you upgrade to a Lifetime license you receive a discount to the value of your last years purchase which is roughly $40.

But last month in sale it was showing 179$ for lifetime, what was that?

When would be next sale then?

This 40% discount is for one time or for each year during yearly renewal?

And does it work even after license expires?

Hi there,

That was our 7th birthday sale. I’m not too sure when our next sale will be – we don’t usually run them that often.

The 40% discount is for each year when your license expires.

If you don’t want to renew, nothing on your site will change you just don’t have access to the plugin updates or the premium support.
