Removing Secondary Navigation from Post Page

I may be overlooking something simple but I just can't seem to remove the secondary menu from the post page. I tried several CSS options and even clicked the secondary menu option in the disable elements options and the menu still remains.
Can you please offer some guidance? Much appreciated.
Hi there,
WordPress ignores metabox values by default on index pages (blog, archive etc).
Try creating a Layout Element tp disable the secondary navigation:

Then assign to Blog under display rules.
