Removing Duplicate Title from Custom Author Archive.

I created an author box by following this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4x6CjGOyagc. In my case, I added it to the top of the author archive page instead of the bottom of posts. It looks good, except that the author image, title, and description were duplicated.
I followed Elvin's advice here and was able to remove the duplicate description. However, the author image and title are still duplicated at the top. Elvin does show a way to remove the image, but keep the title. I want to remove both.
How can I change Elvin's code (or add a new code snippet) to remove the duplicate author image and title?
Hi Jim,
In this case, it's better to:
1. Coose page hero as element type.
2. Choose before content container from the dropdown list of Quick hook select.
3. Enable Disable title option.
