[Support request] remove url field from comments form

I would like to remove the URL field from the comment form. Is this possible with CSS or modifying the theme files? I tried one of the methods from this forum but it was unsuccessful for me. Running version 2.2.1. Thanks.

I really don’t want another plugin. I asked if there was a way to do it within theme files or css in my original post.
