[Resolved] Remove elements of post details page

I’d like to remove the header, navigation bar and widgets from post detail page. Can you tell me how to do that?

that went a long way. Just on the post detail page, I’d also like to suppress showing the category as well as the links to the past and future post. I didn’t see checkboxes for that in the layout element.
