Remove date from blog post

Hi,
I cannot seem to remove the date from my blog posts. I have unchecked it under customizer as I followed from another post here.
Any other suggestions?
Hi there,
within the Customizer > Layout > Blog - at the top there are two tabs: Archives and Single both have an option to enable the Post Date - are both of these unchecked?
If they are and the problem persists, make sure all caches are cleared, if still an issue can you link me to the site so i can take a look.
