Remove blank space above slideshow

Apologies in advance if this has been answered (couldn't find a similar question in the forum) but I want to remove the white space above the slideshow and just below the header on my homepage. My widget area is set to "no gap".

I think the best solution would be create a page hero for the slider using our Header Element:

You should be able to insert the slider shortcode as page hero content.
