Remove BG from header menu, but keep for scrolling menu

Trying to remove the Black BG only when the menu is in the header, but keep it when scrolling down the page.

Can you please help with the CSS for this, or did I miss a setting in the admin?

Hi there,

The transparent color can be set within the merged header element you are already using.
