Remove Arrows from Category Pages in Sub-Menu

I'm trying to remove the right-pointing arrows in the sub-categories of a menu, but keep the arrows in the top level of the menu that point down.

I've seen other threads that wanted all the arrows removed, just not this specific question.

Any way to do this with CSS?
