[Resolved] Related/Upsell Columns on Mobile

On mobile it is showing Related/Upsell in 4 columns instead of 1. But in customizer it is set correctly to 1. Any ideas why?

Looks like the media query CSS simply isn’t coming through.

Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts first?

Start with clearing and disabling WP Rockets first.

I tried deactivating all pluginsl

Once I activate one by one, it becomes apparent that the issue is caused by WP Rocket.

Any idea how to solve it?

I have WP Rocket on other similar sites too and this issue is not occuring.

I believe there is a setting within WP Rockets that excludes all media query (mobile/tablet specific CSS).

Can’t remember the name exactly. Can you try switching a setting on/off within the plugin first?

If not then their support should be able to tell you which one 🙂

It looks like it has been solved by disabling the setting “Mobile Cache”
