can you please assist me on how to activate related post, i once activated but i later deleted for some reason and now i cant seem to figure it out

There isn’t a related post feature built-in.
Perhaps you were using a plugin?

Wow! May be it was a plugin I uninstalled no wonder I couldn’t find it anymore. So is there anyway you can help me out with the related post probably a code that displays it
You’d need a custom solution without a plugin.
There should be quite a few options out if you Google “related posts wordpress plugin”.
