Refund of premium membership

I recently joined premium and would like to switch themes. You said you had a money back guarantee. How do I get my money back? Do I need to switch my theme before you cancel me or it revert back to the unpremium version safely without losing anything?

Will I revert back to old version that was unpaid? What do I need to do before I cancel? (I already asked you this). Back up? Change to different theme?

Hi there,

We've just issued your refund.

Yes, you'll revert back to the free version once you remove GP Premium.

You'll lose the premium features, but nothing else. You don't need to change themes unless you want to.

There's nothing else you need to do.
