Dispatch Demo not importing

I am trying to import Dispatch Demo with content on the staging site but the content importing keeps on importing it gets stuck there.
This issue only occurs while importing Dispatch or else it works fine with other demo styles.
Whats the issue and how to fix it?
this is the error:

Hi there,
first try rebuilding your permalinks by going to Settings > Peramlinks and click Save Changes.
Then retry the import.
