Reduce padding header logo

GP Premium: 1.8.2
There is a large white space above and below my logo in the header. I've searched the forums on this topic and see documentation where support recommends changing the padding by making this change:

You can adjust the padding inside your header container in Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header.

I don't see any "Padding" options in the Customizer > Layout > Header like it shows in the link above.
