Reduce initial server response time

Good afternoon, I have gone to google pagespeed to see the loading speed of my website, and I get this, is there any way to optimize it so that it reduces consumption? Because the same is for the theme that I am using.
This is usually a sign of a slow server in my experience.

There are multiple things to check to address this issue.
One is what Eric mentioned, which is a slow server. For this one, you'll have to contact your hosting service.
Another way to improve this is by using a caching plugin w/ proper settings. You can try Autoptimize plugin for this.
