Reduce hight of navigation bar?

is it possible to reduce the hight of the navigation bar (with colour)?
Hi there,
the navigation bar height is determined by the Menu Item Height in the Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation
thx a lot - I just didn't activate the spacing on the add-ons...
