Recommendation Engine issue

I don't see why there would be. Are you sure you've set up the plugin correctly?

I'm seeing upsells and related products on your product pages. Where is this plugin supposed to show up?

Of course I have already correctly configured the plugin. I have it installed on another site that uses another theme and works correctly.

This plugin does show the following:
- Related Products By View
- Related Products by Purchase History
- Products Purchased Together

It shows it independently to the related products and directed sales of the product page.

Can you show me what it should look like vs what it's currently looking like? I'd like to be able to compare.

I'm not sure I'm seeing the difference. Is the difference in which products are displayed? Your current site has related products that look just like that.
