Hi there,
GeneratePress main objective is to keep things lightweight and to avoid theme / plugin overlap. Things such as Sliders would not be an integration. These types of thing are better added as a plugin, this way the user gets a choice and doesn’t have code overhead they may not require.
GPP 1.8 will see some Woocommerce and Navigation updates. As these are very much theme related.
Always good to hear user feedback and thanks for sharing.
