Read Theme - ADMIN URL Issue

Hi Team,

I have a weird issue that I am facing here. May be its not even an issue.

When I am logged in as an admin. The #main is being added to all the URLs now. I think before changing the theme to generate press it wasn't happening or maybe I did not notice. I was just wondering if you could help me understand why that is ? example below.

When I log out of admin. THe permalink goes back to how it is actually set up. Also, this discrepancy I am also seeing in some images as well.
On the same page, there is an image with this address https://hindiswaraj.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Untitled-design.png but when I log out and webp version of the image is provided its a different image like https://hindiswaraj.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Untitled-design.webp.

I have already purged cache from CDN and caching plugin.

Not sure what's happening here.
