re-position meta data

Hi I'm a premium user (plugin), and I'd like to know how to re-position the meta data.
Specifically how to move author to bottom of post on blog post listings, and date to bottom of post inside blog post.
New to this, sorry I don't know the correct terminology.

The order would be category > author > date?
