The document.write() issue will be related to how the scripts are being injected into the site.
Are you using a plugin to insert adverts ?

Yes – regarding Autoptimize – you should avoid using the option that Aggregates Inline Scripts.

The issue is related to some Adcodes that use older Javascript methods ( ie. using document.write() which is not great for client side injection ). Its not an Ad Inserter issue as its related to the scripts, but may i suggest you raise a support topic with them as they have far more experience in this field and they may be able to pin point which scripts are using the old code – or maybe they have something to improve performance.

Okay. And what can I do about the Autoptimize plugin? The option you mentioned is already unchecked

Then that should be fine. I would recommend that you occasionally clear the autoptimize cache in case it gets overloaded.
