Hi. I'm not using Aggregate inline JS option in autoptimize.

The issue is related to some Adcodes that use older Javascript methods ( ie. using document.write() which is not great for client side injection ). Its not an Ad Inserter issue as its related to the scripts, but may i suggest you raise a support topic with them as they have far more experience in this field and they may be able to pin point which scripts are using the old code - or maybe they have something to improve performance.

Then that should be fine. I would recommend that you occasionally clear the autoptimize cache in case it gets overloaded.
