Question regarding theme functionality

Hi there,
I recently purchased the GP theme and was wondering if it has the ability to be completely customized? I like the Oneline Parallax theme ( https://themehunk.com/wp-themes/oneline-parallax/ ) because of the header options where it blends in nicely with the nav menu and gives you the ability to have the call to action with rotating images.
Is GP Premium able to do the same thing?

You can use navigation as a header option to achieve a header layout like that:

Then you will need a slider plugin to create a slider then use header element to insert it:

Then you can use the merge option:
