Question about images

I know this isn't related to GP but I don't know who to ask. I've tried a couple different image optimzers, none are still installed, but something is still appending my images with "ximg-1-5.jpg.pagespeed.ic.wbM7luyP7s.webp" This site has taken everything I could give trying to build it and this is making me lose my mind. LOL.
If 'anybody' has any idea of where I could look to find what's doing this, I would sincerely appreciate it. I removed all the tables that were left from the optimizers and I just don't know where to go from here.

Hi there,
I would say there are couple tests you can do.
First try de-activate all plugins except GP Premium and see if it's one other plugins causing this.
Second, can you test if this still happens if you insert a static image to a test page that's not using Visual Composer or the slider?
