Query for banner in header

Hi. I have a banner in a header that by default occupies 50% of the space.

I already know how to set it to 60% (which is what I need) but this affects my sight on mobile phones.

I would be grateful if you could tell me how I can configure the width for the different devices, for example: on the desktop the banner should occupy 60%, on tablets 70% and on mobile 90%.
