Quantity Adjustment Buttons

Since upgrading to 1.8 my product archive page has a table on it that shows quantity adjustment buttons, the space is limited so only the minus button shows. You say these can be turned off in the customiser but I cannot find that option. I would like to turn this option off please.

have a look in Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce --> Display quantity buttons
