Purhcase GP Premium but my downloads does not have it

I have purchased GP Premium Plugin On November 13, 2021. Generate Press sent me purchase receipt of usd $59 as well along with payment ID, but there is nothing in my download section. Moreover, it says that payment is pending although i have paid it. I can not proceed further. Please guide.
