Publish Button Doesn't Work

Hi! I'm a relatively new user with a Wordpress site with:
GeneratePress Premium
GenerateBlocks Pro
Post X
Caching through WP Rocket
I've scoured the support tickets for a similar issue but can't find it, so am hoping you can help.
The problem is simple. I can't use the regular Publish button in the editing screen. It's blue, like it should work. I go through all of the pre-publish checks (and have also deactivated that option to experiment). But, whenever I click it, nothing happens.
I have to save the post as a draft and then go to the posts list ad publish it from the quick edit area.
It's a decent workaround, but I get worried I'm going to lose content or save something I shouldn't.
Does it have to do with wp rocket caching or do you have a recommendation? My site is https://otlseatfillers.com.
Thank you!
Hi there,
The post editor is completely handled by WP core so it cannot b a theme issue.
We haven't received other reports on this either so I'd assume it's something specific to your install.
Have you tried disabling all plugins to test?
No. I thought it was a theme issue. Thanks for your quick reply. I'll live with it :)
I think it would be good to try to resolve this.
Step #1 here should help if you want to investigate further:

No problem :)
