Property @media for top bar widget

Hello,
Im trying to create a Top Bar widget for my web site. The problem is I need a different content for deskopts and other one for mobiles. Im doing the widget with HTML.
I ned to get a code html for the both widgets and the @media property

You can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-css-classes/
Then you can use the hide-on-mobile, hide-on-tablet and hide-on-desktop classes: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/responsive-display/#using-our-hide-on-classes
