    I’m using the Pixel theme, changed the hero element to full screen and placed some content on that. I’m happy with that because this is a super basic page and that’s all I need for now.

    The element content accepts code, so laying out typography involves HTML formatting which seems inconsistent and makes me think that I’m not using the tools properly.

    Should I be using shortcode or something like that to pull a post or page into the hero element where I can use a classic editor or another formatting tool to enter the text?

    Hi there,

    Sorry I’m not quite sure what you mean.

    Can you explain more what you are trying to achieve?

    Right now to get text in the Element, I’m using something like:

    <p>
    All that is gold does not glitter,</br>
    Not all those who wander are lost;</br>
    The old that is strong does not wither,</br>
    Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
    </p>

    Is there a way to manage the content of an Element using blocks like you do in a post or page?

    Unfortunately it’s not possible to use Gutenberg within page hero.

    Let me know if you need more info 🙂
