Products not appearing how i customized them

My home page on mobile is used to showcase certain products and only one product is meant to take up the width of the page. The dedicated shop page has two columns. for some reason, my home page products are being loaded in with an empty column on mobile. I have the same style on the product page which remained the same. This issue is only happening on mobile. I deactivated generatepress woocommerce section and it reset the style.

Are you referring to the featured products section?
If so the theme has little to no control over that as it's all coming from Elementor:

Have you checked with their support team first?
