Product Search Bar Customization

Hello,

I need some help to customize the product search bar. I am using the "Merch" theme and would like my search bar to match the one in Merch Theme on GP's Site Library.

This is the Search Button from GP Site Library:

Instead of a button with "SEARCH" on it, it displays a magnifying glass which takes up less space.

This is the Search button from my site:

I also notice that as I search, the GP Site Library version pulls up the results and displays the products beneath the search bar. But on my site, it doesn't do that. It will only display the results once I click on the Search button.

Could you help me make it look and work the same as the Merch site on GP Site-Library?
