[Support request] Product photos (partwise)not showing in Woocommerce

hi team, i need a hint for weird woocommerce behaviour. for the second time within two weeks around 50% of all assigned product-pictures are no longer assigned. after we didn’t find an explanation the first time, we manually assigned the product images. now the picture assignment is gone again for many products.

Hi there,

i checked a couple of your products with the missing images, and none of them have a Product Image assigned to them. If you had already assigned an image and they have been removed then something has gone wrong with the database.

I would first check with Woocommerce support to see if they have any ideas on why that would happen.
Secondly check with your host to see if there are any database errors being reported.
