Does GeneratePress support features/capabilities such as an online car dealership (not an e-commerce site) natively? If yes, is there a setup guide? If no, what option are there?

No - that's not something we would build into the theme.
I would recommend trying to find a plugin for the specific features you are after.
If not then a custom coded solution is likely needed unfortunately.

Unfortunately I'm not aware of a plugin that deals with the specifically.
I see some articles when Googling "car dealership wordpress plugin" though.
