Problems with images on Safari

I have pretty much completed designing a website for a client, and he is complaining that on Safari images look messed up, and he sent me the following screenshots.
I cannot reproduce the problem on Chrome or Microsoft Edge, but did manage to confirm there is an issue with Safari using another friend's Macbook.
How can I solve this please?

can you find out which version of Safari is being used? I can't replicate the error on my Mac.
