Problems to customize generate press pro

Hello, I have problems to customize the theme because when I activate the GP PREMIUM 1.8.3 add-on and activate the attributes by clicking on the customize button the following text appears. The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Can you first try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts first?

Yes, I have problems with the Contact Form 7 plugins, I deactivate it and the problem disappears, I just want to know how I can work with GP and that plugins
I just activated Contact Form 7 without any issues.
Does the issue exist when Contact Form 7 and GP Premium as the only activated plugins?
